SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping is $7 within the U.S. This does exclude Hawaii and Alaska which is a flat rate of $10. Canada shipping prices are based on the total weight of the order. We currently do not offer International Shipping. 

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get an email with your tracking information to track your package once it's shipped. 

Overnight Express shipping is a flat rate of $38 in the U.S. All orders must be placed by 2pm EST to guarantee next day delivery. 

All orders placed late Friday and on the weekends will not ship out until the following Monday. We only ship during normal business hours, which are Monday-Friday.

We ship through the USPS.

All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your packages at www.usps.com

RETURN POLICY

If you aren’t 100% happy with an item, simply return it!

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

All items must be received back to our store no later than 21 days from the date you placed your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.

Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an $8.95 shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. 

Items in the "Sale" section, jewelry, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoe box as a shipping container are not permitted. 

If you believe you received a defective item, you must notify us by email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise, it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless you specify that you want store credit. You will need to have a The Lace Gypsy account in order to receive store credit.

Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to $8.95 shipping + $10 handling fee to be returned back to you.

 Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsisble for lost packages when shipping back a return.

 WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER.

Please include your packing slip (invoice) with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay your refund.
